Please be advised that before we can set up your account, we need you to fill out our credit application (see attached) and send it back either via fax (847-983-1517) or email (credit@wellslamontretail.com). For your convenience, I have also attached a credit card authorization form. Sometimes checking credit references can take time. If you would like us to process your first order by credit card while we are checking your references for Net 30 terms, please fill out the credit card authorization in addition to the credit application. Note: We must have the credit application on file even if you would like to pay by credit card. And we must have a signature on the credit application.
Once we have processed your credit application, we will set up your account with the following steps:
- We will notify you of your terms (either Net 30 or payment by credit card).
- We will assign a User ID and password which you will use to place your orders on-line at: www.WellsGloves.com. Note: All orders ship from our warehouse in Memphis, TN.
- We will send you our current price lists and catalogs.
Please note that the minimum order amount each time is $250, freight is paid on orders of $1000 or more, and we expect annual purchases of at least $2500 per year. If you don't believe you can meet this minimum, please contact JMP Distributing at 253-209-6933 to place your order. They offer competitive pricing and great customer service!
